Verified sources have said that http://KL Rahul would not be taking the wicketkeeping position in the next Test matches. The next Test series against England, consisting of five matches, will start on January 25 in Hyderabad, and this modification will be in force from that point forward. The athlete will give his whole attention to his hitting duties now that he is 31 years old. Against South Africa in the first test match, he recently scored an incredible 101. The decision was made to relieve Rahul of wicketkeeping duties to safeguard his position as an important batting asset and reduce the possibility of him being hurt. The wicket-keeping duties for the whole series will be shared between KS Bharat and Dhruv Jurel. After impressing for the Rajasthan Royals and Uttar Pradesh in domestic cricket, Jurel was given a spot in the squad. Test matches provide Bharat, who hasn't represented India since June 2023, a chance to make a triumphant return. Kuldeep Yadav, a bowler originally from China, has also received an invitation to return to the Test squad. His last appearance for the squad was in December 2022 against Bangladesh, therefore this is his return. It is still uncertain if Ishan Kishan would be available for selection, and his request for a leave of absence during the South African trip meant that he was not considered for the series.
